1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and ez8 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ez8.biz website, the ez8 mobile app, and all services provided through the platform.

By accessing, registering, or using the ez8 platform in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, even before the registration process is complete.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and ez8. In the event of any conflict between a translation or other version and the Malay language version of these Terms, the Malay language version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ez8's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a country or territory that restricts or prohibits participation in online betting activities.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Never previously held an ez8 account that has been closed, suspended, or banned.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Ez8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should you provide false information during registration, ez8 reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and confiscate any balance or winnings held in that account.

3 User Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through another person, violates these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensure all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activities carried out under your account, whether by you or any other party using your login credentials.
• Notify ez8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Ez8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. This feature is available in your account settings and can be activated in under two minutes.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ez8 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's Deposit page.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed.
• Ez8 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must come from a payment method registered under the same member's name.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
• Ez8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. The KYC process is typically completed within 10 minutes using a MyKad or passport.
• Withdrawals that meet all requirements will be processed within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method.
• Ez8 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Ez8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is allowed.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorized means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited without notice.
• Ez8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Some bonuses are only available for specific games or categories. Please review the terms of each promotion before activating it.

In the event of any ambiguity or conflict in the interpretation of a promotion's terms, ez8's decision shall be final and binding.

6 Game Rules

All games on the ez8 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a qualified third party. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ez8 itself.

Some general rules apply across all game categories:

• Game results recorded by the ez8 server are final. In the event of a connection disruption during a game, the server record will be used to determine the final outcome.
• Any winnings obtained through technical errors or software bugs will not be paid out, and ez8 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as stated in that game's interface.
• Ez8 reserves the right to suspend any game or round for investigation purposes if there are signs of suspicious activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the ez8 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate gameplay or transactions.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games and live casino tables.
• Conducting any money laundering activities through the ez8 platform.
• Abusing bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, including hedge betting to meet rollover requirements.
• Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Hacking, attacking, or attempting to compromise the security of ez8's systems in any form.

8 Privacy & Personal Data

Ez8 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with internationally recognized data protection principles. We collect, process, and store your data solely for legitimate purposes related to platform operations and service delivery.

The data we collect includes registration information, transaction records, platform usage data, and identity verification details. All data is stored on secure servers protected by high-level encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ez8 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages, or delays. ez8 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from service outages, technical failures, or internet connection issues on the member's end.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform even where ez8 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence or failure to maintain security on the member's part.

Ez8's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

You may close your ez8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all active bonuses have been settled and no withdrawal transactions are pending.

Ez8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• A member violates any provision under these Terms.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
• Account inactive for a specified period (dormant account).
• Ez8 is required to do so by the relevant authorities or applicable legislation.

In the event of account termination not involving any breach of terms, any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member via the original payment method once all required checks are completed.

11 Terms Amendment

Ez8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any amendment takes effect upon publication on the platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.

We will endeavor to notify members of material amendments via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the ez8 platform after any amendment is published will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to ez8's operations. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.

The Malay language version of this document is considered the official version. In the event of any discrepancy with translations into other languages, the Malay language version shall prevail.
